  3. Ask the candidate to contact Jerry and set an appointment for the interview. Expect a prompt appointment and response.
  4. I’ll interview your candidate and they will know about and agree to the video.
  5. I’ll bring the video and a brief written report to YOU for review, Q&A and recommendations. Again, expect a prompt turnaround.
